One month ago we all popped the champagne and toasted to 2017- the year you would get healthy/ exercise more/ be less stressed/ save money… whatever you promised yourself you would change. So how’s it going? Gotten a little derailed?

  3. Forgive yourself: Sometimes we slip up. Hey, it’s ok- we’re only human! So if a night out with the girls turned into a healthy diet derailment, don’t stress. Just pick up where you left off and keep it positive.
  4. Don’t forget why you started: In the end, we just all want to be happy. The goals you probably chose for yourself reflect way in which you think you could improve yourself to increase your happiness. So don’t forget that!
